Podere dei Cani is a typical rural home from the Umbrian countryside, not far away from the well known Lake Trasimeno. In the last few years it has been completely restored mantaining all the characteristics and the original atmospheres. End 2008 the restoration was completed. The country house offers an ideal place for a relaxing holiday for everyone who has passion for countryside and arts.
Podere dei Cani offers 3 double rooms on the first floor, all with en suite bathrooms and one large suite on the ground floor with bathroom including bath. There is also a separate apartment in the house with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Every room is furnished with shower, tv, air conditioning. The suite is furnished with separate bath tube, tv and air conditioning. The granary is a little independent apartment. On the first floor there is a double room with shower and on the ground floor one has a living room with a cooking corner.

Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 days before arrival;

Changing
Saturdays arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM.

2 spacious bedrooms with double bed on ground floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms on the first floor with double bed and en-suite bathrooms. 1 bedroom in the separate apartment which is part of the house.

6 en-suite bathrooms, beautifully designed, with high quality furniture.
Kitchen
Nicely constructed kitchen with large dining area attached. Cooking isle made by local blacksmith with Boretti/Ilve equipment. Large American style fridge, dishwasher.
Livingrooms
Romantic living room with large antique fireplace and comfortable sofas.
Other rooms
There are special facilities for people who like dogs. A professional kennel is available.
Cleaning
Weekly fresh bed linen and towels included. Cleaning takes place once a week, more often upon request.

Accessibility
The apartment is not specifically suitable for people with mobility problems but 2 rooms are on the ground floor.

SURROUNDINGS
The Lake Trasimeno is 25 km away. Nearest village is Piegaro (2 km) and other important towns are Cittá della Pieve (13 km), Paciano (18 km) and Panicale (13 km).
Piegaro is a sleepy medieval town with some shops (butcher, bakery, small grocery), bars, pharmacy, bank and church. Better equipped shops one can find in Tavernelle di Panicale (9 km) on the way to Perugia. In Piegaro and around one can find some local restaurants; a broader offer with also some fine restaurants is found in Città della Pieve.

Ideal for long walks directly from the property. Beach and water sport facilities at the nearby Lake Trasimeno (25 km). Golf courses are near Panicarola (16 km) at Golf Course Lamborghini (9 holes) and in Ellera Umbra (28 km) at Golf Club Perugia (18 holes).
