They contain a lovely garden kitchen with outdoor dining table, a patio terrace with tables and chairs, a wonderful swimming pool and finally a fantastic decking area for relaxing and eating, perched on the edge of the garden to take in the full extent of the magnificent views. November - 18 December: EUR 2000; mid March - mid May and October: EUR 2600; mid May - September: EUR 3950.
Procedure
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance one month prior to arrival; daily cleaning is included in the rental price.
Changing
Saturdays arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM.
ACCOMODATION
Bedrooms
Stone stairs lead to the first floor that contains 3 luxurious bedrooms, one double and 2 twin, all with en-suite bathrooms. A corridor from the kitchen leads onto the ancient converted chapel, that can also be reached independently from a door onto the terrace. This contains a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a sitting room with large sofas, satellite television and dvd player. There is also a good selection of dvds for guests to enjoy.
Bathrooms
4 en-suite bathrooms and a guest bathroom with shower on the ground floor which can be used during the days while you are relaxing at the swimming pool.
Kitchen
There is a charming kitchen with breakfast table and french doors lead to the garden and external dining area and there is a very useful additional pantry/laundry room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, 4 ring stove, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and washing machine.
Livingrooms
The villa has been immacutately furnished throughout in warm, rich colours, comfortable furnishings, good sized living areas, en-suite bathrooms and has all the comforts of a modern home. You enter the villa through a spacious, living and dining room with working fire place and featuring open-stoned walls. The dining table can seat up to 10 people and is a wonderful place to enjoy a 4 course gourmet meal cooked by the chef of Murlo Castle.

Accessibility
The house is not specifically suitable for guests with reduced mobility, but the apartment in the Chapel at ground floor level can be convenient for less mobile guests.

SURROUNDINGS
First and for all facility is the Golf Course of Antognolla, an 18 holes Championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. within the estate at 2 minutes drive. There is a driving range, practice ground, club house, restaurant, bar and rental facilities for clubs, trolleys and golf carts. The club is also accessible with a golf cart through a private path across the nature reserve. All guests staying enjoy discounts on the golf green fees and at the clubhouse restaurant.
Some shops are available in the nearest village Pierantonio (7 km) and a local town market can be found in Umbertide (14 km).
LEISURE
Leisure
Next to golf the property is an ideal operating base for long walks and other activities as mountain biking or fishing in one of the lakes of the estate during summer or in the river during fall, winter and spring.

Butler service is available during your stay. Cooking classes are available either at the villa or at the golf clubhouse (minimum 4 pax).
