Apartment in wonderfully restored important castle with gorgeous Chapel of the 11th century. Beautifully positioned on one of the hilly slopes of the Trasimeno Lake with great vast views over the whole lake where one can see the isles of Polvese, Maggiore and Minore.
The Castle still breaths the atmosphere from the middle ages. Around the Castle is a fantastic park with very old olive trees. Here you will find the large shared Swimming Pool (15 x 8 meter) and the Tennis Court as well as a cozy Barbeque area with terrace. In the garden are many private terraces where you can enjoy the views on the lake and the olive groves all around the castle. This particular original apartment consist of a large arched living room, which is very cool in summer, a kitchen with old wooden table, stairs to the suite with double bed and separate bathroom with shower. In front of the apartment there is a small arched terrace.

Saturdays arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM; different days and hours upon request.

Bedrooms
One large suite with a double bed and some seats to read a book. Nicely frescoed walls.

1 bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. High quality materials and copper taps.
Kitchen
Traditional Umbrian kitchen full of antique gadgets with oven, dishwasher and fridge. Also a large wooden table with benches.
Livingrooms
Large living Room, in the arched area, where one really gets the Castle living feeling. There are 2 cozy sofa's, TV/DVD and a lot of Medieval and Renaissance antiques.

Beautifully landscaped park and gardens around the Castle. Large pool (15 x 8 meters) and Tennis Court. Different type of terraces. Large Barbeque area build in stone, with terrace to eat within the olive grove.
Notes
Although this castle hosts more apartments this is still a very quiet place, where one can find the spirit of many centuries ago, far away from modern life. Guests will appreciate this atmosphere.

The Castle is at a stone throw distance from Lake Trasimeno with all its treasures as beaches, water sports and ferry trips to one of the three islands.
Basic shopping (bakery and supermarket)is available in La Badia at only 1 km distance.

Ideal for long walks directly from the property. Beach and water sport facilities at the nearby Lake Trasimeno (1 km). Golf courses are near Panicarola (only 6,5 km!) at Golf Course Lamborghini (9 holes) and in Ellera Umbra (18 km) at Golf Club Perugia (18 holes).
